The Mandarin

Synopsis:  A Chinese dude who uses martial arts and rings of power for world domination.
His Beef:  Angry at Western Civilization for giving him taxes that made him homeless.  The Mandarin is also a direct descendant of Genghis Khan.
His Dastardly Plot: The Mandarin once put a bomb in Tony's chest and forced him to build an army of robots.  That is like asking Superman to get closer to the sun.


Crimson Cowl

She did not even get a picture in her wiki page.

Synopsis:  Justin Hammer has a daughter named ,Justine. who has some serious daddy issues.  She put on a crimson suit and started social networking bad guys to win dad's approval.

Her Beef:  Usually daughters take ballet to try and impress papa or they gain 50 pounds.  The Crimson Cowl decided to take on Ultron's old name and try to make her own group of villains.

Her Dastardly Plan: She once escaped prison with a villain name Razor Fist.  The plan does not go very far as The Crimson Cowl gets knocked out by a guard after they cut open the one super hero who can explode.

Whirlwind

His power, disrupting hospital beds

Synopsis:  A mutant, David Cannon, can move at great speeds.  He chooses to spin rather than run for some reason.  His former name was The Human Top.

His Beef:  No specific reason.  David just decided that he could use his powers for evil.  He is kind of a scum bag.

His Dastardly Plan:  He pretended to be The Wasps chauffeur in order to rob her.  He later falls in love and tries hitting on her.  He gets fired for embezzling money.  Quite possibly the worst reign of a villain ever.

The Unicorn

Synopsis:  A Russian spy with a horn of power and also a...wait did he just call himself the unicorn?

His Beef:  Doctor Doom messed up Unicorn's emotions with his emotion frequency charger making him a psycho.  Later he has to join The Lethal Legion because of money issues.

His Dastardly Plan:  The Unicorn is kind of a tool.  He has been tricked and coerced by every major villain and easily beaten by Iron Man.    Doctor Doom, The Mandarin and Red Ghost pass this guy around like the last cigarette at a party.
